POINTS & COUPON EXPIRY POLICY

Points

  • Points are digital rewards, not real currency.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transfers, or external value.

  • Zapoll may adjust, revoke, or freeze points in cases of suspected fraud.

  • Points may have expiry dates, which will be shown in your account dashboard.

  • Points earned must be used within 12 months (recommended) unless otherwise specified.

  • Expired points will be automatically removed.

  • Fraudulent points may be revoked without notice.

Coupons

  • Coupons cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

  • Zapoll may limit redemption based on availability or eligibility.

  • Coupons have individual expiry dates shown on the coupon page.

  • Coupons have individual Terms and conditions as shown on the coupon page.

  • Expired coupons cannot be restored.

  • Once redeemed, coupons are final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged or undone.

PROHIBITED CONTENT POLICY

Creators and Users must NOT publish, upload, or submit any survey, form, or response that includes:

  • Illegal activities

  • Hate speech, racism, or discrimination

  • Sexual or explicit content

  • Violence, self-harm, or abusive themes

  • Political campaigning or election manipulation

  • Collection of sensitive data without justification

  • Malware or harmful scripts

  • Misleading or fraudulent rewards

  • Content insulting Malaysia, Malaysian gov agencies, or religions

Zapoll reserves the right to remove any survey/form/responses/users violating these rules.
